Telephone and multimedia recording - January 2012

The VERSADIAL multimedia recording solution Adutante confirms its deployment on the market. Phones, PC screens, microphones and Webcams can now be recorded and retrieved under one only user interface.
This solution completes the present VS Logger voice recorder with new services.

Furthermore, the VS Logger voice recorder has been enhanced with native VoIP recording (Codecs G711/G729) while allowing hybrid telephone recording sources in the same recorder (analog, TDM, ISDN, SIP or proprietary VoIP). Improvments for a more confortable use or for security reasons (encryption between client and server) are incorporated.

A new PBXs and phones compatibility list has been recently updated.

Intermodes 2011 – Brussels - February 2011

Intermodes conventions are aimed at all international players in the passenger transport sector wishing to contribute towards perfecting intermodality on the domestic and European levels and/or developing solutions that promote intermodality. Last session which took place in February in Brussels, was devoted to intermodality and accessibility in passenger transport.
Milesys was invited in workshop technical measures and technology at the service of accessibility in order to present new equipment and to explain solutions we can offer to disabled passengers.

Multiservice Call Point in Residential home for elderly people – January 2011

Residential homes for elderly people in city of Annecy have chosen Milesys equipments to enhance their reception. Indeed, Multiservice Call Point placed near reception desk, offers to the visitors an easy way to have direct contact with nursing home staff, even if nobody is present at reception desk. Other features such as list of resident, map of the home are also available.
Multiservice Call Point, latest model of Milesys intercom range, is an easy and user-friendly mean of communication, with its large touch-screen and its integrated hand-free phone. User simply selects information on the screen, and if required, is in audio contact with selected service or person.
Information displayed on the screen is fully configurable.

Reception Points for welcoming disabled passengers in French main railway stations – 2010-2011

SNCF chooses Milesys Remote Reception Points to welcome PRM passengers in main railway stations. Reception points are now present in the entrances of stations of Paris Montparnasse, Lille Europe and Bordeaux. In 2011, other Reception Points will be installed in all the main stations.

Milesys' reception point at Gatwick airport - November 2010

Gatwick, second English airport in terms of overall passenger handling numbers, is currently improving almost every part of the airport, in order to put passengers at the heart of its drive to provide the best possible service.
Milesys brings to Gatwick airport its skill in the field of PRM reception and management.
The reception point, which had been recognized in French airports and railway stations, is now installed at the entrance of Gatwick airport.

Milesys intercoms are now presented in Handic'Aptitude offer– November 2010

Prolians, the well-known brand from Descours et Cabaud, created in 2007 a concept Handic'Aptitude, to present a complete offer in the field of accessibility and to improve accessibility of the buildings and comfort of the accommodations for disabled persons.
PRM intercoms from Milesys are now present in Handic'Aptitude offer, as access solutions fully compliant with the regulations.
Also Handic'Aptitude presents all the range of Milesys intercoms in its last newsletter "Gardons le contact".

Kompass is a comprehensive B-2-B database, with more than 2.8 million international and domestic companies listed, which link buyers and sellers worldwide.
For now several years, Milesys is present in Kompass database.

Milesys passes the French CIR agreement for years 2010 and 2011 – September 2010

Milesys passes the agreement from the French ministry of Higher education and Research as a company providing research and developments works for other companies.
This agreement is available for years 2010 and 2011.

Local Authorities Journal – September 2010

Since its birth in 1949, Local Authorities Journal (Revue des Collectivités Locales) acts toward a reachable information about “Jobs for Town”.
In its last issue, this journal presents in section “New products and services”, the remote reception point. This equipment, nominated for Public Transport Innovation Awards in 2010, constitutes an interesting solution for offering totally accessible reception points in any place of a building.

Energy and Sustainable Development – July August 2010

Energy and Sustainable Development journal deals with technical and scientific watch, information and analysis about technologies for producing sustainable energies.
In regional part of its last issue, the journal presents the remote reception point as an actor in sustainable mobility.

Transports Publics, the European Mobility Exhibition – Paris – 2010, June 8th to 10th

According to visitors, « the European mobility exhibition is becoming the must-see event about public transport best practices, presenting French and European know-how. » Milesys, another time, was presenting at this exhibition all the range of call points and information displays. The multiservice call point was presented for first time in France.
Also during this exhibition, Milesys reception point was nominated for Public Transport Innovation Awards 2010, in category Accessibility, fittings, facilities and design. The Public Transport Innovation Awards reward the best innovations by industrial and service companies exhibiting at Transports Publics 2010.

Milesys is now present in Albatross airport database, as equipment manufacturer dedicated to disabled travelers.
