Phonix® Suite allows integrating all voice and video communication means in control rooms built around an IP architecture.
Phonix® Suite satisfies all needs in terms of telephony, videophony, intercom, radio and public-address systems. Phonix® Suite can also offer an interface with other means such as video surveillance or decision support system. Thus with Phonix® Suite, you can use voice applications from your business applications.
Phonix® Suite supports all SIP telephones and also MILESYS audio terminal iPIX-210 and Phonix® softphone.

Phonix® Suite runs on standard servers and can be integrated in control room information system. Phonix® Suite can be used:

• Either through your business applications which control voice resources,
• Either from operator terminals equipped with Phonix® softphone and controlling if necessary other equipments.
