What you will really do

Tangible projects
You design, prototype, and qualify equipment that goes into production and ends up on docks, in European airports, and aboard military vessels. No presentation slides: just hardware that other humans use.

Meaningful work
Critical equipment cannot fail. What you design lasts 20 years, sometimes 25, in extreme environments, operating continuously. This rare level of demand is also what makes the work interesting.

Real autonomy
Milesys has a close-knit team of engineers and three integrated design offices. You handle projects from start to finish: client scoping, specs, design, qualification, and production launch. No endless validation chains, no silos.
